Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FILLI.ME (the “Platform”), a discovery platform for Filipino builders operated under the name FILLI.ME (“FILLI.ME”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

FILLI.ME is built for Filipino builders — developers, designers, students, freelancers, open-source contributors, and technical founders who want their work to be discoverable.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share the work you post.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@filli.me if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You can edit your profile and projects, or delete your account and its public profile, at any time from your dashboard.

You keep ownership of the profile information, projects, images, links, and other content you add to FILLI.ME (“Your Content”).

Because FILLI.ME is a public discovery platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and previews), and promote Your Content in order to operate, improve, and showcase the Platform — including on your public profile, your .filli.me subdomain, discovery pages, and related promotion. This licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies kept for backups or as required by law.

You are responsible for Your Content. Only post work you created or have the right to share, and make sure it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

When using FILLI.ME, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation;
• post content that is misleading, harmful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Platform except as we expressly permit;
• misuse verification badges or otherwise attempt to fake proof of work;
• submit, solicit, or trade false co-worker reviews, review your own work, or use an email address you do not own to pass reviewer verification.

Verification badges show that a builder has proven access to or ownership of a connected account, website, link, or email address. They do not guarantee a person’s identity, skill level, or exact role at a company.

Co-worker reviews.A builder may invite others to review a professional project through a private reviewer link. A review is the reviewer’s own statement — the “verified reviewer” mark means only that the reviewer proved control of an email address at the company’s domain, not that FILLI.ME has confirmed the contents of the review. Reviewers must only submit truthful reviews of work they actually witnessed, and are responsible for what they write. Builders can hide reviews from their project page and report them to us; we may moderate, hide, or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviewer email addresses are never displayed publicly.

Discovery, ranking, and curation on FILLI.ME are editorial and provided as-is. We may order, feature, re-rank, or remove profiles and projects at our discretion, and we do not promise any particular level of visibility, traffic, or results.

The FILLI.ME name, logo, brand, and the design, software, and content we provide (excluding Your Content) belong to FILLI.ME and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our branding or software without our permission.

FILLI.ME may link to or connect with third-party services — for example GitHub, or external websites you add. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

FILLI.ME is being actively developed. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Creating a profile, adding projects, and claiming your .filli.me subdomain are currently free; if we introduce paid features in the future, we will make that clear before you are charged.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content on it is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FILLI.ME and the people who operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

You can stop using FILLI.ME and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Platform, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or to protect the Platform and its community. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licences for already-distributed copies, disclaimers, and the limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
